Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final on opened items. We want you to love your order — if something is wrong, please reach out and we'll make it right.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at hello@rohinico.com within 7 days if your item arrives damaged or defective.
Unopened items:
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@rohinico.com to initiate.
Refunds:
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
